• Our apartments are located in Kukici/Kufici, suburbia area of Poreč approximately 2 km from the sea shore. Four apartments are surrounded by 2000 m2 of garden lawn with rich vegetation in terms of trees and palms providing you with idyllic peaceful and relaxing environment. In terms of sports and entertainment we offer a table tennis table as well as barbecue. The apartments offer comfort in 50m2. Three apartments are located on the ground floor in the middle of the garden while the forth is on the first floor.
  
• Apartment no.1 on the ground floor can accommodate three persons. It is comprised of bedroom and living room which includes a dinning area, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine inclusive), satellite dish with TV, heating, bathroom shower/toilette and terrace with table and chairs. The bedding is replaced on weekly bases. Towels are not included so these have to be brought by gussets. There is one parking place available per apartment. Dogs are allowed based on prior request and with additional charge according to our price list. We can offer our services in Italian as well as German. Additional services: possibility of washing towels with additional charge, rental of tennis court in the vicinity of the apartments.
  
• Apartment no.2 on the first floor can accommodate four people. It consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine inclusive) with dinning area, satellite dish with TV, heating, bathroom shower/toilette and a sea view terrace with table and chairs. The bedding is replaced on weekly bases. Towels are not included so these have to be brought by gussets. There is one parking place available per apartment.
